Ingredients

PVP K30, Glycerin, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, PVP K90, Water, Alcohol, Hydrogen Peroxide, Menthol, Mentha Viridis (Spearmint) Leaf Oil

Directions

1. Open the package and take out a whitening strip for the upper and lower teeth. 2. Dry your teeth before applying the strips. 3. Place the strip with the gel side on your teeth, following the shape of your teeth. 4. Remove the backing of the strip and press it firmly onto your teeth. 5. Repeat the process for the lower teeth. 6. Leave the strips on for the recommended time (30 minutes to 1 hour). 7. Remove the strips and discard them. 8. Brush your teeth to remove any remaining gel.
